- What are the candles made of ?
Our Aromatherapy Crystal Healing Candles are made in small batches and are crafted around a specific intentions. Made using a healthy blend of organic beeswax, organic coconut oil, therapeutic natural fragrance oils and natural crystals. Our candles are clean burning & hypoallergenic and free of zinc, lead, soy, paraffin, artificial dyes, and GMO's.
- I have allergies, can I still burn your candle?
- Why doesn't my product look like the pictures?
Most of our products are hand made uniquely and specially created individually. Other products come directly from the earth and natural circumstances do occur such as weather, temperature, and location but all are special and perfectly made just the way they are.
- How will I receive my order and how long will it take to receive it?
Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail Tracked and Insured shipping (from the date of shipment). Please be sure to enter your address correctly, including any unit, apartment, or suit number. Failure to enter your address correctly will result in a refund minus shipping fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing of your order. Due to the nature of products, orders are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. If there are any delays, you will be notified immediately.
- When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information will be available within 48 hours of your package being delivered to the carrier.
- My package is in transit and says arriving late and I still have not received it. What can I do?
Contact us and we'll start a case with USPS to locate your package or you can use the link below to start your own. Often times once a case has been started the item is delivered soon after.
- What if my package gets lost or stolen?
Packages are insured through USPS, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the appropriate USPS for more information.
Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible once it is in transit. If your package has been confirmed via USPS as "delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc." and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. - Can I get a refund, make an exchange, or cancel my order?
The health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority. Therefore, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com right away and we will be happy to send a replacement.
